In a statement, the AdC detailed that it “sanctioned Auchan, Lidl, Modelo Continente, Pingo Doce together with a common supplier of juices, nectars and soft drinks and two individual managers for having participated in a consumer sales pricing scheme (PVP) of the products of that supplier”.

In the note, the AdC does not reveal the name of the supplier, but provides a 'link' to the process, where it can be verified that it is Sumol+Compal.

“The sanction decision resulted in a total fine of around €80 million”, indicated the entity.
