“It's a concern, but there's no reason for alarm. Secondly, there is no reason to justify a setback in the measures to liberate society”, said the former minister.

At the moment, according to Adalberto Campos Fernandes, what needs to be done is to facilitate access to tests and to give citizens autonomy.

For the former minister, everyone must take care of protecting themselves, especially if they are aware that they have some vulnerability.

“I have said it several times and I repeat it, it is not shameful to wear a mask, nor is it shame to go without a mask, it is an individual decision taking into account the conditions of each person and the context in which they live”.
