Lisbon:
Cooler weather is forecast for the weekend with temperatures peaking at highs
of 27 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 18 degrees with intermittent
cloud cover on both days. From Tuesday
temperatures are back on the rise again, reaching highs of 30 degrees by
Thursday.
The
north: Intermittent cloud and sunny spells are expected in the north with
temperatures hitting highs of 31 degrees and dropping to lows of 17 degrees
with westerly winds. The weather is to
stay very much the same for the rest of the following week with a slight
increase in temperature forecast for Wednesday.
The
centre: Clear skies are predicted on Saturday before intermittent cloud
cover rolls in on Sunday however both days will have highs of 32 degrees and
lows of 17 degrees. The weather is to
remain stable for the following week, with westerly winds, no chance of rain
and intermittent cloud cover.
The south: The weekend will be dry and bright with sunny spells and intermittent
cloud and temperatures reaching highs of 31 degrees and lows of 16 degrees. By
Wednesday temperatures are set to rise slightly to highs of 32 degrees and
there will also be a very slight chance of rain by the end of the week.
Madeira:
Light cloud and sunny spells are forecast over the weekend with temperatures
reaching highs of 26 degrees and lows of 21 degrees. From Monday the chance of rain is set to
increase and temperatures are to remain stable with highs of 25 degrees and
lows of 19 degrees for the remainder of the week.
The
Azores: Rain is expected over the weekend in the Azores with a chance of
some sunny periods on Saturday and a full day of grey skies on Sunday when
temperatures are to peak at highs of 26 degrees with lows of 21 degrees. The
wet weather is to continue for the rest of the week with temperatures to hit
highs of 25 degrees and drop to lows of 20 degrees.
