According to the BBC the
land is near to France's Juno Beach, which is home to the privately-owned Juno
Beach Centre, a 20-year-old Canadian museum that pays tribute to 45,000
soldiers from Canada who lost their lives during WW2.
Buying up French land
Canada will help to
purchase a plot of land in France to stop developers from constructing two
condominium buildings on the plot which was once stormed by troops on D-Day during
WWII.

A very good cause indeed, well done. But, why is nobody concerned about the governments like Holland forcing the farmers to sell 50% of farming land to the government!!!….and it’s not in the name of ‘Climate’ as they say it is.
