General Motors has announced that the 2024 pretax payout for its UAW-represented workforce will receive a record-setting profit-sharing check of $14,500 for those who qualify, driven by their yearly gains in profits.

Hourly employees who collected 1,850 or more compensated hours during 2024 will receive the full payout by the end of February.

In 2016, the payout was at 12,000 per employee, while for 2022, it was $12,750, and in 2023, $12,250.
