In a statement, the Metropolitan Command reported that ten people were arrested for drug trafficking, nine for crimes against property and eight for driving without a legal license.

As part of the arrests, the Lisbon PSP seized two firearms and two bladed weapons.

According to the statement, several amounts of cannabis, cocaine and heroin were also seized.

On Friday, in the area under the jurisdiction of the Lisbon PSP, there were 49 traffic accidents, which resulted in one death, two serious injuries and 15 minor injuries.
