The management of SPAC informed, in a statement, that, “contrary to what has been published since Monday, only today (29 March) was TAP's Executive Committee notified that the protocol for revising the conditions imposed by the Temporary Emergency Agreement is validated by the shareholder, represented by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Infrastructure”.
“As SPAC announced from the outset and once this formality has been complied with by the Government, the prior notice of strike by TAP Air Portugal pilots, announced on March 23, will be lifted”, he said.
