“After analyzing the companies' proposal, Sitava presented a counter-proposal, which was accepted, with an amendment that was accepted by the Union and which allows the cancellation of all strikes”, said the Union of Aviation and Airport Workers (Sitava), in a statement.

The agreement reached foresees the revision of the salary scales in all values for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026 and that the workers are included in each level, taking into account their seniority in the company.
