As the current award holder for ‘Marketing & Brand Initiative’, it’s great to see our marketing campaigns continue to gain positive traction. The power of marketing continues to evolve, so this is a reflection that we are ensuring we grow with it.

One of our proudest achievements is the investment in our people. To achieve continued success, we ensure our values and goals are shared across each department in the business - to give guests a first-class service while helping our owner partners see continued rental success. So, the ‘Team of the Year’ award nomination is a great testament to this hard work.

Customer excellence is at the heart of everything we do. Delighting tourists with an unforgettable experience, while helping villa owners in the Algarve thrive with a full calendar of bookings. Thankfully, we have incredible guest services and onboarding teams who help both of our key customer bases. This recognition proves that our formula works and is one we will constantly strive to improve.

Finally, the big award of the ceremony - ‘Algarve Business of the Year’. To be recognised alongside innovative and dedicated companies is a great honour. We know the competition is tough but as champions of the Algarve, we are happy to see our fellow finalists share this spotlight.
