Right behind the English capital are Dublin (Ireland) and Toronto (Canada), with an average of 29 minutes to travel 10 kilometres.
The Portuguese city with the most traffic is not Lisbon, nor even Porto. Funchal is the city in Portugal with the most traffic and appears in 52nd position in the ranking, with 21 minutes and 30 seconds needed to travel 10 kilometres.
Lisbon only appears in position 139 with a time of 17 minutes and 30 seconds to cover 10 kilometres, while the city of Porto occupies place 204 with an average time of 15 minutes and 50 seconds.
