The two properties located in the heart of the capital, at Rua dos Correeiros 79-85 and Rua da Prata 174-178, reveal in a statement the company, which has its headquarters in London and has an office in Lisbon. The value of the transactions has not been disclosed, but according to IPE Real Assets it was around 4.3 million euros.

According to the company, the two buildings are part of a batch of seven residential assets located in the centre of Lisbon acquired by Maya Capital in 2021 – the so-called Golden Portfolio, according to idealista.

“Maya Capital found a local buyer for the asset [on Rua dos] Correeiros through its own local network and was advised by [real estate consultancy] Cushman & Wakefield on the sale of the asset [on Rua da] Prata”, reads the note.

Quoted in the document, David Pralong, managing partner of Maya Capital, praised the fact that the transaction represented “a strong return for Maya Capital's investors”. “(…) We remain very focused on the Iberian Peninsula market, where we continue to see that there are interesting investment opportunities,” he concluded.
