The inauguration of this project is expected to be attended by the Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, and the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz, according to a statement from the Oeiras Council.

With a total planned investment of 12.8 million euros, the project consists of 64 apartments and will receive support of 12.1 million under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). There will be 32 two-bedroom houses and another 32 three-bedroom houses, delivered to families registered in the municipality's Housing Program.

“The Alto da Montanha development is part of the reduced rental regime and is part of the municipality's new housing programs, created to respond to the population's housing shortage already identified in the Oeiras Municipal Housing Plan”, highlights the Lisbon district city hall.
