One project is in the beginning of its construction and, in July, a second one will be starting its commercialisation. Fercopor's advances in Vilamoura prove the real estate developer's commitment to this location, where a global investment of €100 million will be made in both projects together.

“Having already a consolidated history and experience in the luxury housing segment in the North, it was natural for Fercopor to also want to invest in the Algarve. For now, starting the construction process is the Serenity project. Located on Rua das Pimenteiras, close to Vilamoura Marina and golf courses, this luxury private condominium has two buildings, with a total of 53 apartments ranging from T0 to T4 Penthouses.

Signed by Atelier Saraiva + Associados, Serenity has above-average areas, with interiors up to 246 square meters and exteriors up to 306 square meters. The development also has an outdoor pool and garden, heated indoor pool, gym, massage room, and social room for the enjoyment of all future residents.

The project is being built by TPS - Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, an engineering and civil construction company with more than 27 years of experience and a vast portfolio of public and private works.
