Lisbon: Rain is forecast throughout the weekend, with the heaviest showers being on Sunday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 20 degrees with lows of 13 degrees. The rain is to continue on Monday but to ease on Tuesday and by Wednesday it should be dry with prolonged sunny periods and highs of 22 degrees.

The north: Following the storms on Friday, the rain is to ease on Saturday slightly with highs of 21 degrees and lows of 11 degrees. On Sunday, the showers are to become heavier again but there will still be some sunny spells. On Monday, there will still be some rain but it is to be dry from Tuesday with highs of 22 degrees.

The centre: Light showers are forecast for Saturday with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. On Sunday, the rain will be heavier with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 9 degrees. From Monday, it is to be mainly dry with temperatures hitting 22 degrees during the day and dropping to lows at night of 10 degrees.

The south: The rain is to continue over the weekend with a mixture of sunshine and light showers and temperatures reaching highs of 21 degrees. Rain is also forecast for Monday but it is to be mainly dry from Tuesday and thermometers are to rise to highs of 23 degrees with lows of 13 degrees at night.

Madeira: The rain is to continue over the weekend, however, there will be a chance of some sunny spells on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 22 degrees and drop to lows of 15 degrees. The forecast for the following week of for more heavy rain and sunny spells each day.

The Azores: It is to be dry over the weekend with sunny spells and heavy cloud cover and highs of 18 degrees. The rain is to return again from Monday with some light showers becoming heavier as the week progresses.
