The IPMA predicts for today "slightly cloudy or clear skies, with periods of more cloudiness on the western coastal strip, especially until the end of the morning, and becoming very cloudy on the North and Central coast from the end of the afternoon onwards".
During the afternoon, a "temporary increase in cloudiness in the interior is expected, with the possibility of showers and thunderstorms".
The IPMA predicts a "small increase in the minimum temperature in the interior" and a "drop in temperature in the Algarve, especially the maximum".
Minimum temperatures will vary between 22 degrees, in Faro, and 15 degrees, in Bragança, Guarda, Aveiro, and Leiria. The maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 37 degrees, in Beja and Évora, and 22 degrees, in Aveiro.
On the islands, the Azores archipelago expects periods of rain and some periods of cloudy skies. A similar scenario is expected in the Madeira archipelago, where periods of very cloudy skies are expected, with the possibility of light showers.
