United Lisbon International School: Celebrating Educational Excellence

The event also highlighted the fourth anniversary of United Lisbon International School, an institution dedicated to providing world-class education to children aged 3 to 18. Since opening its doors in September 2020, the school has grown to accommodate over 600 students from more than 50 nationalities. United Lisbon's educational framework is built on the pillars of Technology, Entrepreneurship, Global Citizenship, the Arts, and Sports, preparing students for the future. This year also celebrates the graduation of the school's first cohort of International Baccalaureate (IB) students.

A Night to Remember

Hosted at the Terrace Restaurant, the cocktail party was a testament to the sophisticated and culturally rich environment that Martinhal embodies. The Terrace’s Oriental and Mediterranean fusion cuisine was showcased through food stations featuring dishes from the Middle East, India, Thailand, and Japan. Guests enjoyed themed dances, a five-piece jazz band, and mesmerizing Taiko performances, all within an elegant and lively atmosphere.

At the inauguration of Martinhal Lisbon Oriente in June 2023, co-founder Chitra Stern expressed her gratitude and commitment: "I promise you that we do not take this trust lightly – this place will do Lisbon proud!" The impact of Martinhal Oriente is already evident, as it has been recognized as one of the top 10 hotels in Lisbon by both AFAR and Forbes magazines. In fact, AFAR has also honored Martinhal Oriente as one of the top 15 family hotels in the world, placing it alongside prestigious brands such as the Fairmont Chateau in Whistler and the Shangri-La in Singapore.
