Matosinhos is the municipality where renting a house is most expensive, although this month it was Maia that registered a more significant increase in prices, having gone from a monthly rent of 900 euros in May to 1,375 in June.

Buying a house in the Porto district costs, on average, 383,700 euros in June this year. Compared to the previous month, May 2024, the increase was 2.32% (from 375,000 to 383,700 euros).
