For today, the lowest temperatures are expected in Viana do Castelo and Porto, where no more than 21ºC is expected.

On the other hand, Évora will reach 31ºC, Beja 31ºC and Faro 28ºC.

The weather is set to improve on Tuesday, with slightly cloudy or clear skies, with periods of more cloudiness in the North and Center regions, especially on the coast, until mid-morning.

Temperatures will also rise across almost the entire country, with the exception of Viana do Castelo and Porto, where they are expected to maintain the previous day's values, with 20°C and 21°C, respectively.

From Wednesday onwards, temperatures are to intensify. Several districts will exceed 30°C, with Castelo Branco and Beja reaching 34°C, followed by 33°C for Évora and 32°C for Portalegre.

Finally, on Thursday and Friday temperatures are to reach 40°C near the border.
