Ryanair's Elena Cabrera said: “Ryanair is pleased to announce the Porto Winter Schedule, representing an investment of US$1.2 billion in the region. This winter, Ryanair will operate 55 routes so that our customers in Porto can make the most of their holidays and enjoy memorable experiences. We are adding two new destinations that perfectly capture the essence and charm of this season: Rome (Fiumicino) in Italy and Tangier in Morocco.
“Ryanair will have 12 aircraft based in Porto, reinforcing our commitment to the city, where our operations generate more than 4,400 local jobs, including 360 direct jobs. Once again, we reinforce our commitment to reducing seasonality in this beautiful region, while Ryanair promotes connectivity and economic development for the inhabitants of Porto”.
