Russia’s pipeline gas supplies to Europe increased by 14 percent in 2024 compared to the previous year.

The export total for the year was 32.1 billion cubic metres, up from around 28.15 billion cubic metres in 2023, according to TASS estimates based on data from gas giant Gazprom and the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas.
The route mostly driving this growth was the TurkStream pipeline, which reported an increase in throughput of 23% in 2024.
