The Algarve will have direct access to around 778 million euros in European funds between the next funding period (2021-2027), more than double the amount allocated to the CRESC Algarve 2020 Operational Programme, currently in force. 300 of the 778 million euros is intended for the diversification of the Algarve's economic activity.
