For the destination of financing for the acquisition of housing, the most relevant in the group of mortgage loans, the implicit interest rate for the total of contracts decreased to 0.872 percent, less 2.0 basis points compared to January.
In the contracts signed in the last three months, the interest rate for this financing destination was set at 0.710 percent.
Considering the totality of contracts, the average value of the instalment decreased by one euro, to 226 Euros. Of this amount, 40 Euros (18 percent) correspond to interest payments and 186 Euros (82 percent) to amortized capital.
In contracts signed in the last three months, the average instalment amount rose by three Euros, to 288 Euros.
