Images sent by this municipality in the district of Lisbon show the floor and access stairs painted in red and the outdoor awnings torn.

In a press release, the municipality “regretted and expressed its total disgust at the acts of vandalism committed” last night, adding that it intends to report the crime to the police.

Until 6 August, in the centre of Azambuja, 14,608 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 with the first dose and 11,152 with the two doses of the vaccine.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the county has registered 1,886 confirmed cases of covid-19, of which 25 are active, 1,821 recovered and 40 died, according to information released on 16 August by the municipality on its page on Facebook.
