The initiative aims to attract establishments to expand the exchange of purchases by the end of the month of January 2021. It also intends to encourage shop owners ato extend the periods of short promotions, such as, for Black Friday, which may be extended to more days or even a week.

The adherent establishments will have an identification tag to allow the products purchased there between 4 November, and 25 December, to be exchanged until 31 January 2021. Usually, most deadlines for returning goods vary between 15 and 30 days.
