Ceferin will participate in the works of the third edition of this initiative of the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), led by Portuguese Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros, joining more than 60 speakers already confirmed for the works at Nova SBE, in Carcavelos, where the themes that mark the actuality of world sports will be debated.
Besides Ceferin, SIGA also announced the presence of the Portuguese judoka Telma Monteiro, after already having revealed the names of the State Secretary for Youth and Sports, João Paulo Correia, and the president of the Spanish Football League, Javier Tebas, in July, who join the 40 other speakers already confirmed in June.
The event will feature figures from various areas of sport, non-governmental organizations, including Maria-Francesca Spatolisano from the United Nations, and sports organisations.
SIGA is a coalition for integrity and good governance in sport, with over 100 international partners, with a mission to "bring meaningful reform and increasing integrity to all sports."
