According
to Sul Informação, the whale, found on Rocha beach, was close to six meters,
while the dolphin, which came ashore in Prainha was about two meters.
The
Municipal Water and Waste Company of Portimão (EMARP) is planning to remove the
animals tomorrow, the 27th, at 7am, said the same newspaper.
This is increasingly demoralizing…we hear about these big sea mammals dying off in strange circumstances, no explanations/hypothesis for why are ever given…? We have Marine Biologists, or don´t we? People at Universities probably have theories on whys…Why not ask them what they think is happening, why it´s happening?
