The ranking is according to AirHelp, the largest
international organisation defending the rights of air passengers, which
develops an annual ranking known as the AirHelp Score.
At the other end of the scale, Humberto Delgado Airport, in
Lisbon, is the worst Portuguese airport and is almost at the bottom of the
world ranking.
According to the statement sent by AirHelp to Notícias ao Minuto, Porto Airport obtained an overall score of 7.67 for punctuality, 8.52
for customer consideration and 8.53 for the quality of its restaurants and
shops, which places it in 54th place out of a total of 151 world airports
studied.
In the second place, in Portugal, comes Faro Airport, with a
score of 7.21.
Lisbon Airport is considered by users to be the worst
airport in Portugal, with a rating of 6.75 and appears at the end of the world
ranking, in 143rd place, out of a total of 151 airports analysed.
The AirHelp Score is based on data from airlines and
airports around the world and is considered the most comprehensive and accurate
in the field. In this classification, AirHelp evaluates service excellence,
punctuality, complaints handling and the quality of the airport's catering and
shopping facilities.
Well i know that aeroport of lisbon is not great, but this scale can looks a bit tricky, because worldwide have more than 10000 aeroports, so be at 150 is not so bad.. I know a lot of worst aeroports than lisbon, so this, is what is....

I love the airport in Porto - everything is very quickly available, whether you are meeting someone or flying away. Mostly I need no more than 30 minutes to finish the path from the door to the gates.
