Lisbon: Blue skies and mild temperatures are forecast today in Lisbon with the temperatures on the rise over the weekend, up to highs of 25 degrees on Saturday and 27 degrees on Sunday when there will also be an increase in cloud cover.

The north: Intermittent cloud cover and sunny spells are expected today with temperatures peaking at 21 degrees and dropping to lows of 8 degrees. On Saturday it will be feeling warmer with highs of 24 degrees and on Sunday it will be warmer still when thermometers hit the 26 degree mark.

The centre: Prolonged periods of sunshine are forecast today and over the weekend in the centre with highs of 24 degrees today and then rising to 25 degrees on Saturday and 27 degrees on Sunday. It will however feel slightly cooler thanks to northerly winds.

The south: Clear skies and sunshine are expected today and throughout the weekend in the south. The highest temperatures are forecast for Friday (28 degrees), while on Saturday it will be 26 degrees and on Sunday 24 degrees with average nightly lows of 16 degrees.
