The purpose of the recruitment drive is to attract new talent is to reinforce the quality of the service provided to its customers.
“To apply, all interested parties must be at least 18 years old, have completed the 9th year of schooling, have a driving license and, preferably, drive motorcycles”, says the company in a statement.
In addition, CTT is looking for people who “enjoy a non-routine function”, “contact with customers” and who have “an appetite for working in a team and developing their skills”.
Interested parties can submit their application through the CTT website.
Perhaps CTT should start at the top and get rid of ALL the dead wood in the offices, then move on to the CTT shop and sort out the systems then the postpersons can do the job.

If they would pay a decent wage, CTT might attract and retain competent staff.
Our post office manager has changed 5 times in 12 years; when I ask why they're leaving the job, the answer is always the same. Pay is too low to live from.
