The Government expects to raise around 124.8 million euros next year in fines and fines for infractions of the Highway Code, according to the State Budget proposal.

The State Budget proposal for 2024 (OE2024), states that next year public revenue from traffic fines is estimated at 124,815,443 euros.
For this year, the Government estimated to collect around 137 million euros in fines for infractions of the Highway Code.
