Lisbon: The rain is set to continue over the weekend in the capital, although some sunny spells are forecast between the showers and it will be feeling mild with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 13 degrees. The wet weather is to continue the following week although it will be feeling warmer by Wednesday.
The north: The wet weather is to ease slightly on Friday and Saturday when some sunny spells are expected with highs of 18 degrees. From Sunday, and for the first half of the week, heavy showers are forecast with no chance of any sunshine. It will however remain mild with average highs of 19 degrees.
The centre: After a break in the rain on Friday, a mixture of sunshine and showers is expected over the weekend, with the best of the weather predicted for Sunday when showers will be less frequent and lighter. On Monday and Tuesday, heavy showers and sunny spells are forecast with highs of 17 degrees.
The south: Following a mainly dry Friday, the rain is to return on Saturday with some sunny spells and highs of 20 degrees. On Sunday and Monday temperatures are to reach highs of 20 degrees with lows of 14 degrees with lighter showers. The temperature is to rise slightly from Tuesday up to 21 degrees.
Madeira: It will be feeling milder by the weekend in Madeira when temperatures are to peak at highs of 25 degrees with lows of 18 degrees. On Sunday some showers are on the cards but these are to clear again by Monday when temperatures are to peak at 23 degrees.
The Azores: Heavy showers and sunny spells are expected throughout the weekend and into the following week with average daily highs of 21 degrees and lows of 16 degrees over the weekend. Temperatures are to rise slightly by Wednesday up to highs of 23 degrees.
