Amadora, Vila Franca de Xira and Loures are among the municipalities in the Lisbon district where rents are lowest in October, despite being above a thousand euros per month, according to an analysis by Imovirtual.
"As far as the Lisbon district is concerned, renting a house costs, on average, 2,407 euros, an increase of 36% compared to October 2022", according to Imovirtual and reported by Notícias ao Minuto.
"Amadora (€1,114), Vila Franca de Xira (€1,168) and Loures (€1,382) are some of the municipalities with the lowest rents in the Lisbon district, despite being above a thousand euros per month".
It is also worth highlighting that, "although there was an increase in practically all municipalities, Sintra (50%), Torres Vedras (50%) and Vila Franca de Xira (49%) are the municipalities with the greatest increase in income average in October, compared to the same period last year, with values rising to €1,992, €1,407 and €1,168, respectively".
Mafra was the only municipality that kept prices practically the same, €1,762.
"Lisbon and Oeiras continue to be among the most expensive municipalities, with the average income above two thousand euros (€2,319 and €2,164). Followed by Sintra (€1,992) and Mafra (€1,762)".
