The French brand stands out in the lead, but it is not the only French brand on the podium. The Renault group shows its strong position in Portugal with Renault and Dacia occupying the remaining podium places.

Renault delivered 13,187 vehicles by the end of October, while Dacia was close with 12,326.

Mercedes-Benz (11,884) and BMW (11,562) occupy fourth and fifth place, respectively, in the best-selling table.

Rounding out the list of brands are Volkswagen, Toyota, Citroën, Seat and Opel.
