Lisbon: High temperatures are to continue over the weekend with thermometers peaking at 28 degrees on both days, with lows of 15 degrees. From Monday it will be feeling a little cooler with highs of 23 degrees and intermittent sunshine however northerly winds will mean it will feel a little cooler.
The north: Highs of 30 degrees are forecast on Saturday with hazy high cloud. On Sunday it will feel a little cooler with highs of 28 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. From Monday a mixture of sunshine and intermittent cloud is expected with average highs of 23 degrees and nightly lows of 10 degrees.
The centre: On Saturday intermittent sunshine and cloud cover is predicted with highs of 28 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. On Sunday hazy high cloud is forecast with highs of 28 degrees. Temperatures are to start to fall again from Monday and by Wednesday they will be peaking at 22 degrees.
The south: Highs of 24 degrees with prolonged sunny periods are expected over the weekend in the south. Monday will be feeling hotter with highs of 27 degrees and lows of 15 degrees. Temperatures are to then fall slightly as the week progresses to average highs of 23 degrees and lows of 14 degrees.
Madeira: Hazy high cloud is forecast throughout the weekend with average highs of 27 degrees and lows of 19 degrees. From Monday intermittent sunshine and cloud are expected with temperatures averaging highs of 25 degrees.
The Azores: A mainly dry weekend is forecast with average highs of 19 degrees and lows of 15 degrees. From Monday rain is to return although there will be some sunny periods.
