This year, this initiative by the Portimão Parish Council will feature performances by artists Dúo Kasal, Rodrigo Maurício and Peter Maric.

The festival, the council adds, “aims to keep alive the memory of the man and musician João César, who contributed greatly to honouring the name of Portimão and its citizens”.
