Lisbon: It will be feeling hotter again in the capital over the weekend with hazy high cloud and temperatures peaking at 33 degrees on Sunday and Monday. The weather will change on Tuesday to prolonged sunny spells and highs of 32 degrees on Tuesday. Temperatures are to fall as the week progresses.
The north: Intermittent sunshine and cloud is forecast for the weekend with highs of 29 degrees on Saturday and 31 degrees on Sunday. On Monday clear skies are expected with highs of 34 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. It is to remain warm the following week with average daily highs of 31 degrees.
The centre: Hazy high cloud is forecast for Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 30 degrees. On Sunday prolonged sunny periods are expected with highs of 33 degrees. Monday is set to be feeling very hot with highs of 35 degrees. From Tuesday temperatures are to begin to drop down to highs of 30 degrees.
The south: Highs of 29 degrees and lows of 21 degrees are predicted over the weekend in the south. On Monday clear skies and highs of 30 degrees are expected, with lows of 21 degrees. The weather is to remain stable for the week ahead with average highs of 28 degrees and nightly lows of 20 degrees.
Madeira: Intermittent cloud cover and prolonged sunny spells are forecast over the weekend with temperatures peaking at thighs of 27 degrees with lows of 21 degrees. On Monday hazy high cloud is predicted with highs of 26 degrees.
The Azores: A dry weekend is expected with highs of 25 degrees and lows of 20 degrees and prolonged sunny spells. From Monday there will be a chance of rain, which is to increase as the week progresses.
