The two men had been on the run since September 7, 2024. Since then, the Judicial Police had been gathering information that allowed them to locate the fugitives in southern Spain.

According to the police, the Argentine citizen, Rodolfo José Lohrmann, has an extensive criminal record, known for his involvement in highly organised and especially violent international crime, including crimes of criminal association, money laundering, bank robbery, possession of a prohibited weapon, forgery/counterfeiting of documents and qualified theft.

Investigated by the PJ, he was serving a 20-year prison sentence, with his first arrest being November 16, 2016.

British citizen Mark Cameron Roscaleer is cited for committing particularly violent crimes, such as robbery with a firearm and kidnapping.

Investigated by the PJ, he was serving a 9-year prison sentence, starting on May 10, 2019.

It is worth noting that both fugitives were subject to international arrest warrants issued by the competent judicial authority, and were listed as a red notice at Interpol.
