A landmark moment was the signing of an agreement in the presence of Portugal’s Minister of Infrastructure. This milestone not only symbolizes mutual commitment but also introduces a new era of collaboration. Furthermore, the Saudi Portuguese Business Council announced a memorandum of understanding with Ibrahim Al Howishel Law Firm, aimed at facilitating Portuguese companies’ entry into Saudi Arabia and encouraging regional companies to invest in Portugal.

In response to these developments, The Portugal News, in collaboration with me, will begin publishing articles in Arabic to inform Middle Eastern audiences about Portugal’s evolving economic landscape. This step aims to enhance media outreach and foster connections between the two regions.

As trade between Saudi Arabia and Portugal continues to grow, this collaboration signals a promising future for both nations, with opportunities spanning infrastructure, tourism, technology, and renewable energy—key pillars of Saudi Vision 2030.
