With less than a 10th of the bloc’s population inoculated, the European Commission said the epidemiological situation was worsening. Brussels said the flow of vaccine products was smooth with the United States but aired frustration over a lack of deliveries from AstraZeneca in Britain.
To date, 10 million doses have gone in the opposite direction from EU plants to the UK.
I don't know what they are waiting for, this is again a credibility issue for EU citizens, the UK has a far higher vaccination rate already, there should absolutely no export of EU produced vaccines unless they are donations for poor countries.

EU behind the ball, yet blames UK for its shortcomings. What a nasty organisation the EU really is.

Let me get this right. The EU are going to ban exports COVID-19 vaccines to the UK because, they claim, that the UK are not exporting vaccines that most EU member countries are refusing to administer.
Did I miss something ?

No metion then that 4 of the ingrediants for the Pfizer vaccine are supplied by the UK. Typical of EU not to investigate and put foot in mouth. Stop the vaccines going to the UK and what is to stop the UK recipricating. I doubt they would as it would cause the people hardship.hardship
