Alegria One, a rehabilitation project by EastBanc Portugal, was distinguished with several prestigious awards, including Best Office Rehabilitation and Reconstruction at the SIC/Expresso 2023 Real Estate Awards and Best Urban Rehabilitation in the Commerce and Services category at the SIL 2022 Awards. Additionally, it received an Honorable Mention at the National Urban Rehabilitation Award 2023 for Best Commercial Use and Services Intervention.
