The districts of Viana do Castelo, Vila Real, Braga, Porto and Aveiro are under yellow notice from 18:00 and until 00:00 on Monday, due to "strong rain" warns IPMA on its page.

For the districts of Viseu, Coimbra and Leiria, the same alert was issued, but it only applies from 9:00 pm today, extending until 3:00 am on Monday.

The yellow warning is issued by IPMA whenever there is a risk situation for certain activities dependent on the weather situation. In addition to the heavy rain expected in the afternoon for those districts, the forecast for today in the country points to strong winds on the North and Central coasts and in the highlands from the afternoon.

The maximum temperatures should oscillate between 5 degrees Celsius (in Guarda) and 17 (in Setúbal), while the minimum temperatures will be between -3 (in Bragança) and 8 (in Aveiro).
