During the rescue operations, six injuries were recorded that were not cause for concern, including police officers, firefighters and civilians, the mayor told journalists, after a meeting with the municipal Civil Protection.

Around half of the incidents were due to falling trees due to strong winds, and at 10:00 am there were still 22 roads restricted to traffic in the municipality.

The mayor highlighted that the city is functional, although works will have to be carried out in the coming days.
