According to information available on the ANA website, the first four flights of the morning, from Lisbon, Porto and Porto Santo - three operated by TAP and one by Binter - were cancelled.

The remaining flights scheduled to arrive in the region by 12pm were experiencing delays, with landings scheduled throughout the afternoon.

On the departure side, three flights took off in the morning and five were cancelled.
