In an early count, the Democratic Alliance coalition won 29.5% of the 98.98% of votes counted in the early hours of this morning, with the incumbent Socialist Party on 28.7%.
Right-wing party Chega quadrupled its number of MPs, for a total of 48, and, according to reports, obtained its best national result in the Faro district.
Could someone explain to us who don't follow Portugal politics, do this "victory" somehow affects non-portugues people and their lives in Portugal?
