In a partnership between the prestigious resort and WELL Vale do Lobo, one of the region's leading sushi brands, the new space has opened for guests and outside and offers a differentiated Japanese gastronomic experience, combining the luxury and sophistication of the hotel with the culinary excellence of sushi.

The restaurant, Mizuumi by WELL, features an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a memorable meal. With a menu carefully created by chef Tiago Torres from WELL Vale do Lobo, customers can taste a wide variety of sushi dishes, prepared with local, fresh, and high-quality ingredients.

The partnership between WELL Vale do Lobo and the Conrad Algarve first began in 2022, with the exclusive provision to hotel customers of a beach concession in Vale do Lobo, with service provided by Well Vale do Lobo, and has been solidifying over the years.

In 2023, cooperation between the two brands was reinforced with the offering of the WELL sushi concept in the iconic Sereno Infinity Pool within the resort, culminating in the creation of the Mizuumi Sushi Lounge by the WELL brand and the opening of the new restaurant.

Located in the area adjacent to the Lago Lounge next to the hotel lobby, the name Mizuumi is inspired by the translation of the word lake in Japanese, creating a symbiosis between both spaces, which complement each other in their offer to the public – a selection of high-quality sushi and a premium drinks.

WELL Vale do Lobo established in 2021, is a complex comprising a restaurant, Beach Club, beach concessions, and water sports in the iconic Vale do Lobo square and with expansion plans before the end of the year, Alain Viegas, managing partner of WELL adds: “we are dedicated to expanding our brand and concept, always focusing on offering high quality”.
