According to Publituris, the project owned and developed by Finnish company Pontos Group is presented as “a village within a village”, with 24 buildings of various sizes and a central tower that provides a focal point in the development.

In total, the Viceroy at Ombria Algarve will have 141 accommodation units, including rooms, suites, and residences, set in an area of ​​5.2 hectares.

All rooms and suites have terraces, swimming pools, balconies, or jacuzzis, as well as small kitchens, pantries, and closets. The architectural project was designed by WATG and Promontorio, while the interior design was by Wimberly Interiors.
