The luxury property is valued at 15 million euros and is to be built at 88 Rua dos Castanheiros, in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, according to the company. This project combines modern design with 3D construction technology and promises to become an icon of contemporary architecture, designed by one of the architects featured in the Netflix series "The Most Extraordinary Houses in the World".

Called the "Infinite House", this is an architectural work that combines the concepts of the numbers 8 and 0, which symbolise continuity, balance and infinite potential. Seen from above, the residence is shaped like a symbol of infinity, made up of two interconnected oval structures with 3D-printed concrete façades.

"The number 0 represents emptiness and the field where all possibilities are waiting to be awakened. The number 8 symbolises the infinite cycle and continuity. Together, they reflect the passage from potential to reality: 0 as the origin and 8 as growth. In their interaction, they capture the essence of existence, where the invisible becomes visible," explains the architect Marco Martínez Marinho.

"We are very excited to announce the construction of one of the most luxurious villas on the market, built with 3D construction technology, and the only one in the world for sale at a price of 15 million euros. Our vision of combining luxury, innovation and sustainability is becoming a reality. What we're selling is more than a villa, it's a statement, a lifestyle, a symbol and a status," says Simi Launay, Litehaus Chief Creative Office.
