The event featured a variety of stalls, activities, and entertainment, creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere.

A highlight of the fair was the Spring Hat Competition, where students and families showcased their creativity through beautifully crafted designs. After careful judging, Max from Year 2A was awarded first place, followed by Brianna from Year 6 in second and Leah from Year 2B in third. The school expressed gratitude to judges Aderita from Talentos Unidos, Alexandra and Alberto Pinto from Almancil Parish Council, and Sara Gomes from Jardim Vista, who generously gave their time. Jardim Vista also donated three beautiful plants as prizes.

Secondary students played a key role in the fair, setting up interactive stalls with their tutors, while local businesses and Aspire families contributed with handmade crafts, specialty foods, and unique products.

The event was made even more special by the presence of residents from Associação Social Cultural in Almancil, a local care home where Aspire students have been building connections. Seeing children warmly welcome their elderly friends and share in the celebrations highlighted the school’s commitment to fostering meaningful relationships.

Live performances by Isa Brito, DJ Varela, and Isabella Robinson added to the vibrant atmosphere, creating a fantastic backdrop for the day.

The fair was a wonderful success, strengthening community ties and bringing people together. Aspire International School looks forward to hosting more events that celebrate connection and creativity.
