eDreams online travel agency analysed data from its platform to discover the holiday destinations most booked by Portuguese people for Easter 2025.

The company concluded that Paris continues to be the Portuguese's preferred holiday destination at this time of year, remaining at the top of the list for the fourth consecutive year. Barcelona, ​​Amsterdam, Funchal and Ponta Delgada are the other destinations that make up the main preferences of travellers.

Comparing this year's data with that of 2024, eDreams noted that the destinations with the highest growth in bookings are Sal Island (+192%), Athens (+69%) and Dusseldorf (+42%).

It was also possible to see that, during this Easter period, most stays are relatively short, lasting 3-4 days (40%), followed by those who choose to take longer holidays, lasting between 7-13 days (26%).

Finally, eDreams also revealed that tourists visiting Portugal during Easter 2025 come mainly from France (38%), Germany (16%) and Spain (12%). The Portuguese cities that attract the most tourists during this period are Lisbon and Porto.
