Regular visitors may have noticed new slides located around the back of the park that are now officially open, so everyone can now enjoy the Boomerang, Race and Big Fall slides at the park.
Now you can race against your friends on slides that even
include times, or double up on slides for two people, while still enjoying the
classics including the Black Hole and Big Wave.
Are you serious? I must be missing something here. What kind of water is this, salt water desalinized and treated? It certainly can't be freshwater with all the troubles of drought and water shortages from water being used for Avocados and is it thousands of maybe Cypress trees that use huge amounts of water and are fire spreaders as well. I hope I'm wrong. A bit more information about the water please or are they afraid to mention???

Wes is right about it being ridiculous that a waterpark gets new attraction that spend even more water but he got is data wrong . Cypress trees are droughtresistant and are quite fireresistant as well. He ptobably means eucalyptus trees. In the mean time everybody with a garden and esoecialky a lawn and swimmingpool can use water without any restrictions apart from what is svailsble on their bankaccount to pay the bill

Thank YOU Patricia for knowing the correct tree I was trying to conjure up.
I spent 10 minutes on TPN News trying to find any of the articles I had read last month mentioning the tree (Eucalyptus) that extracted so much water and couldn't locate them, then went to net on articles "Trees planted in Portugal" and nothing so I knew it wasn't that and hoped someone would weigh in to correct. I am surprised that no one else was appalled at the idea with all the press and talk about water and building a pipeline from Porto; don't people care> SPEAK UP GUYS or nothing will change, only the amount of $ we will end up paying for someone else to make their profits at OUR expense.
